F.A.Q.'S (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS):

Q:  If we select "Pick Up" instead of "Shipping" when checking out, where do we pick up our purchases?
A:  You can pick them up at our Idaho Falls office location at: 1190 E. Lincoln Rd. Monday thru Friday during business hours 9 am to 5 pm.

Q:  On the home page it shows "Featured Items", and there are only 4.  Where can I see ALL of the deals of the week?
A:  You have to click in the upper lefthand side of the navigation where it says "THIS WEEKS DEALS"

Q:  I clicked on an item, it was still in stock, so I added it to my cart. I then waited for a bit and got a screen that said "There is nothing in your cart."
A:  The web site will make your shopping cart go empty or you will be kicked out of the ordering process if someone has beat you to the checkout.  Afterward, when you try again, it will inform you that it is indeed "out of stock".

Q:  Do you have to have paypal?
A: No, but you would be able to checkout FASTER if you already have a PayPal account and score the item you are trying for.  You can also run a credit card through PayPal, but you will need to take the time to fill out your billing information.
